As well as install, breakdown cover and after sales PPM contracts, we can offer truly independent advice on specifying the most energy efficient solutions for your business or home. We supply cost-effective and reliable solutions to meet the requirements of all clients.

Our Customer Service Centre handles in excess of 5000 calls per annum through it's service management system, meeting customers service level expectations every time. Quantum Group has been operating for over 20 years, providing products and services to the leisure and catering industry and have built and enviable portfolio of blue chip customers.

Following an 18 year engineering career in refrigeration and drinks dispense, I formed Quantum Group back in 1997, to supply products and services to the three core sectors. My passion and drive has always been to provide the customer with the best solution to meet their requirements, along with the highest level of after sales service.

I actually started in the drinks dispense industry straight from school when I was 16, training to be a dispense technician, carrying out service and installations. I then started with Quantum Group as a dispense technician back in 1997.
Since then I have worked hard to progress from Technician, to Senior Technician, to finally taking up the reigns in management.
I now head up Customer Services and Warehouse and Distribution, I'm also heavily involved in the day to day operations to ensure we deliver a great service first time.
