Technical Sales advice through to Install
Quantum’s customer service centre
Quantum can deliver technology led solutions for applications in the areas of Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Drinks Dispense, and Energy Efficiency.
We will work with you in offering a “turnkey” service where required. From survey to specification, and from design to installation using our project management team to meet your exacting requirements.
For either refurbishment or new build projects we will ensure trouble free installations minimising disruption to your business or home.
Service and Repair
We have invested in state of the art tracking systems
Quantum, through its Service Management System located in Rainham, Essex deal with all service requests, and will allocate the service visit to the appropriate field based engineer.
Using our vehicle tracking system (CYBIT) to ensure a fast response, the engineer will be provided with information such as location, equipment type, symptoms to help in fault diagnostics through a hand held PDA.
The PDA units allow the engineer fast and accurate communication with the service centre, as well as internet access to manufacturers’ websites and other technical information.
Our fully trained engineers stock many leading manufacturers’ parts and will ensure a first time fix wherever possible.
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Poorly maintained equipment results in higher energy bills and a shorter working life.
We are able to offer a ppm contract for either your existing inventory of equipment or your recently installed equipment that has surpassed it’s warranty.
Twice yearly maintenance visits under taken by Quantum will ensure the equipment continues to run energy efficient and maintains maximum life expectancy.
Helping to reduce your Energy Bills
The most cost effective way to reduce energy bills is to firstly use energy compliant equipment, and secondly install heat recovery solutions that reutilise energy through your hot water and heating system. We can also advise you on how to claim the ECA allowance and how to qualify for a potential interest free loan from the Carbon Trust.
