Health & safety
At Quantum we use a health & safety management system maintained by ourselves and our health & safety executive Drury PSM. We recognise and accept our responsibility as an employer for providing a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees, and the safety of others who maybe affected by our activities.
All of our employees are given adequate information, instruction and training as is necessary to ensure their and others safety, whilst carrying out their duties on behalf of the company.
Our health & safety policy is regularly monitored, reviewed and updated at least once a year to reflect any changes legislation or in light of any changes to our activities or procedures.
Training
All our engineers undertake any specific industry training courses to meet current legislation.
Certificates currently held:
- Manual handling
- Asbestos awareness
- Working at heights
- Working in confined spaces
- Working with gases
- Safe handling of refrigerants (City & Guilds 2078)
- F Gas interim certificate
- Refrigeration & air conditioning ONC
Accreditation
Quantum is members of the industries main regulatory bodies.
Accreditations held:
- BFBI - Brewing Food and Beverage Industry
- IOR - Institute of Refrigeration
- HVAC - Heating, Ventilation & air conditioning
